Visual flicker, stroboscopic effects, phantom arrays and camera banding are different outcomes. A stable appearance to the eye does not prove camera compatibility.

T=1/f. Illustrative example: 2,000 Hz gives 0.5 ms; 25% duty gives 0.125 ms on-time. These are not product specifications.

No. Sensor readout, exposure and waveform also matter.
