Run a full-scale content acceptance before quantity release

Obtain the exact row-column map, physical width and height, wiring direction and APP file workflow. Load the buyer's smallest logo, shortest text and fastest required effect rather than judging only factory presets.

View the curtain from near, normal and far positions under expected ambient light. Record which assets pass, then power-cycle and repeat. Do not describe it as a video screen unless the approved content test supports that use.

Freeze the matrix before designing graphics

IP54 is a configuration boundary, not a complete outdoor system

IP54 is the published protection grade. It can be evaluated for protected displays and controlled event environments, but it does not by itself approve permanent exposure to rain, standing water or wash-down conditions.

The complete installation includes the LED points, controller, power input, connectors, cable exits and mounting surface. For an outdoor or long-term project, each of those elements needs a protection and drainage plan; otherwise the highest-risk connection can define the whole system.
