As the "core brain" of LED lamps, IC chips are carefully selected from high-quality models such as UCS1903, WS2811 and TM512ADH, which are tailored to different application scenarios: UCS1903 IC has S-Drive technology, with a signal transmission frequency of up to 800K/sec, supporting long-distance cascading of more than 10 meters, no need for additional amplifier circuits, and strong anti-interference ability, which can effectively filter radiation and conduction interference in complex outdoor environments. WS2811 IC adopts a single-bus protocol to realize precise single-point control, with a three-lamp group design that balances energy saving and color performance, supporting 256-level grayscale adjustment for smooth light and shadow transition. TM512ADH IC is specially designed for professional lighting scenes, supporting DMX512 intelligent control, with a port refresh rate of up to 4K, no stripes when shooting with mobile phones or cameras, and suitable for high-end scenes such as architectural lighting.
The LED beads are high-quality SMD5050 and SMD2835 patch types, which strictly comply with European and American photobiological safety standards, with blue light hazard reaching RG0/RG1 level, safe and radiation-free, suitable for long-term use in various scenes. Among them, SMD5050 LED beads adopt a three-chip integrated design, with a luminous angle of up to 120°, a color rendering index of 70-80, excellent light effect and high color reproduction, and excellent heat dissipation performance. With the constant current control of IC, the attenuation is less than 1% after 3000 hours of continuous lighting and less than 3% after 5000 hours. SMD2835 LED beads focus on high efficiency and energy saving, with a brightness of 20-25 lumens at 0.2 watts, low thermal resistance and low voltage design, better heat dissipation and higher reliability, and high cost performance, suitable for large-area lighting layout. Both types of LED beads have a service life of up to 50,000 hours, strong weather resistance, and can resist harsh outdoor environments such as high and low temperatures and humidity, laying a solid foundation for product quality.
