How to correctly replace the LED chip on the light board

‌ First, ensure safety and prepare all necessary tools and materials ‌ :

• Disconnect all power supplies to ensure safety during operation ‌.
• Prepare tools such as the soldering table (or soldering iron), solder, flux, tin absorber (or wire), screwdriver, tweezers, ESD gloves, and glasses ‌.

‌ Next, disassembly and identification ‌ :

• Use a tool such as a screwdriver to remove the lamp housing and expose the internal LED panel ‌.
• Carefully observe the LED light board, find and identify the position of the lamp bead that needs to be replaced, you can use a multimeter and other tools to test the circuit to confirm that the fault is indeed on the lamp bead, and pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the lamp bead ‌.

Then, remove the old lamp bead ‌ :

• Use a soldering table or soldering iron to preheat the solder joint to melt, then remove the solder joint from the old lamp bead with a tin absorber or wire ‌.
• Gently remove the old lamp bead, pay attention to control the heating time, to avoid damaging the surrounding components ‌.

‌ Next, install the new led chip  ‌ :

• Place the new led chip in the correct position, pay attention to the direction, polarity and model of the lamp bead should be consistent with the original lamp bead ‌.
• Use a welding stand or soldering iron to weld the new bead one by one on the solder joints, ensuring that the solder joints are secure and connected correctly ‌.

‌ And finally, testing and wrapping up ‌ :

• After welding, reassemble the luminaires housing, making sure everything is restored ‌.
• Test the new lamp bead with power on to see if it lights up and there are no abnormalities ‌.
• If there is a problem, check and adjust in time to ensure that there are no safety risks ‌.
