Point light application

Point light source LED intelligent beacon lamp is the scientific research results of Yantai navigation beacon Office in 2011, it uses a single LED as a light source, through the free-form side luminous lens to control the light path, to achieve low power consumption, high range, low maintenance, long life, after technical testing, to meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards. The new navigation light optical system which matches the free-form side luminous lens with the point light source LED is an important technical innovation realized by the modulator.

Technical parameters:

(1) horizontal light distribution uniformity: not less than 85%;
(2) Vertical divergence Angle: 50% of the peak light intensity of the vertical divergence Angle is not less than 8°
(3) light range: not less than 4 nautical miles.

Choice of light source:

In the selection of light source, it is not only necessary to meet the requirements of technical standards for light chroma, but also to achieve low power consumption and high life.

The main technical parameters of the light source are as follows:

(1) White light, color temperature: warm white 2600-3700K; White 4000-5200K; Cold white 5000-10000K;
(2) Light flux: 40-114 current/watt (LM/W);
(3) Normal working current: 350MA-700mA, 700mA working luminous flux is 1.65 times of 350mA working, maximum support 1000mA;
(4) Typical voltage value 3.3V-3.6V(350mA), 3.6V-3.9V(700mA);
(5) Classic type Angle of view 90 °;
(6) Light decay is less than 30%(350mA, T =25 ℃) at 50,000 hours;
