RGBW Structure and Pixel Planning
The published version uses SMD5050 RGBW LEDs at 60 LEDs per metre with a 120 degree beam angle. RGBW is useful where saturated colour effects and a dedicated white channel are both required. The listed P16.67 cm pixel pitch should be used as an effect-planning reference; final pixel addressing and grouping must be confirmed in the production configuration.
Control Protocol and IC Confirmation
The captured specification does not state one fixed driver IC or control protocol. Do not assume that all RGBW tube versions use the same IC, controller or data wiring. The purchase order should name the required protocol, controller output, address map, input/output connector direction and test effect. This avoids a correct-looking fixture with an incompatible control system.
DC12V / DC24V Power Planning
At the published maximum 19.2 W/m, a DC24V version is approximately 0.80 A/m at full load; a DC12V version at the same power is approximately 1.60 A/m. These are planning values. Power-supply sizing, feed locations and cable cross-section must be calculated from the final voltage, run length, white-channel use and allowed voltage drop, not from a generic maximum chain length.
IP Rating, Thermal Path and Installation
IP20 and IP67 are both listed as options, so the required protection level must be written into the final specification. For outdoor work, confirm the exact IP67 build, end treatment, cable entry, connector and mounting arrangement. The aluminum profile also requires a practical heat path and a mounting surface that remains stable through the published working range of -20 C to 60 C.

Commissioning and Acceptance
Before delivery, test the RGBW channel sequence, controller address map, programmed effects, dimming behaviour and full-load temperature. Confirm that every fixture follows the approved data direction and that the controller, power supplies and mounting drawing match the final quantity and installation route.
Application Fit
The product page lists stage, KTV, DJ, bar, home, hotel and indoor or outdoor decoration as application directions. For a commercial project, choose the final IP option, control method and mounting detail from the actual site conditions rather than from the product name alone.
FAQ
Can the length be customized? The page lists 0.5 m, 1 m and customized length. Confirm the finished length, cable direction, connector, IP requirement and control protocol together before production.
